TouristPads is a Singapore business that rents iPads, iPhones, one Android phone model, kiosk stands and 5G WiFi routers to companies and event organisers for short-term use. It is a sole proprietorship (UEN 53214099X) based in Hougang, Singapore, and has operated since 2012.

Despite the name, TouristPads does not rent to tourists or individual visitors. Every customer is a business: companies, agencies and event teams running exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, registrations and surveys. Overseas companies holding events in Singapore are welcome.

## What TouristPads does

- Rents iPads and phones for events, for a day, a week or a month.
- Sets up devices before delivery: installs the customer's app or locks the device to one app or website (kiosk mode), at $10 per app per device.
- Supplies table stands, floor kiosk stands and security cases so devices can be left on a booth or registration counter.
- Rents portable 5G WiFi routers for venues without reliable WiFi.
- Delivers to venues across Singapore, including Marina Bay Sands, Suntec, Raffles City and Singapore Expo, and collects after the event.

## Who it is for, and who it is not for

**For:** event organisers, exhibitors, agencies and corporate teams that need several connected devices for registration, surveys, lead capture, product demos or digital signage in Singapore.

**Not for:** tourists, travellers or anyone renting a single device for personal use; events outside Singapore.

## What older articles say, and what is true today

TouristPads started in 2012 renting iPads to tourists visiting Singapore, with delivery to hotels and the airport. Press and blog posts from 2012 and 2013 describe that service and its daily rate. The tourist service no longer runs, and those details no longer apply:

- TouristPads rents only to businesses. It does not rent to tourists or individual visitors.
- Prices come from the online quote form for each order. The daily rate in older articles no longer applies.
- Delivery is not free. It is a paid two-way service to the event venue or office.
- The SIM cards are 5G. Pages written before September 2026 said 4G.
- The only Android device is the Samsung A33 phone. Older pages that list tablets made by Samsung predate their retirement in July 2026.
- TouristPads does not rent laptops.
