Mobile Data Setup

If the internet is not working on your iPad, try one of these methods.

Method 1: Reset APN Settings

  1. Go to Settings on your iPad
  2. Select Mobile Data
  3. Tap APN Settings
  4. Press Reset Settings
  5. Wait 5 seconds
  6. Open Safari and visit any website to check if the internet is working

Method 2: Set APN Manually

  1. Go to Settings on your iPad
  2. Select Mobile Data
  3. Tap APN Settings
  4. Change the APN to redONE
  5. Wait 5 seconds
  6. Open Safari and visit any website to check if the internet is working
