Mobile Data Setup
If the internet is not working on your iPad, try one of these methods.
Method 1: Reset APN Settings
- Go to Settings on your iPad
- Select Mobile Data
- Tap APN Settings
- Press Reset Settings
- Wait 5 seconds
- Open Safari and visit any website to check if the internet is working
Method 2: Set APN Manually
- Go to Settings on your iPad
- Select Mobile Data
- Tap APN Settings
- Change the APN to redONE
- Wait 5 seconds
- Open Safari and visit any website to check if the internet is working
