Which Phone to Choose

For a large deployment, choose the iPhone XR: it is the model we hold the most of, up to 35 units for one event. The iPhone 15 (up to 14 units) is the middle option, a newer phone that charges over USB-C. The iPhone 17 is our newest phone and we have only 3, so it suits an app demo where the latest hardware matters; book it early. The Samsung A33 (up to 11 units) is the only Android device we rent; pick it when your app runs on Android.

Every phone comes with a charger, a charging cable, a basic protective case and a 5G SIM with its own data, so it works anywhere in Singapore without venue WiFi.

How It Works

Choose your phones and dates on the quote form; the price is calculated at once and emailed to you.
Sign the rental contract online, then pay by PayNow or card, or by invoice where your company is eligible.
We deliver the phones to your venue, where someone from your team signs for them, and we collect them after the event.

How Phone Rental Is Priced

Phone rental is priced per phone per day, and the daily price falls the longer you keep them. There is no flat daily rate and no weekly or monthly package: the quote form works out the price for your exact dates.

Model: the Samsung A33 costs least. An iPhone XR costs about 15% more per day, an iPhone 15 about 25% more, and an iPhone 17 about 50% more.
Length: per day, a seven-day rental costs a little over half the one-day price, and a 30-day rental under a quarter.
Minimum order: $180, not counting delivery.
Delivery and collection: about $70.80 for both trips. Sentosa, Tuas, Jurong Island and the Changi Exhibition Centre add a surcharge, and same-day orders carry a rush fee.
No deposit, and the quoted price is the final price.
Included at no charge: 5G data, a charger and cable, and a basic protective case.

02 How many phones can I rent at once?

We have 35 iPhone XR, 14 iPhone 15, 11 Samsung A33 and 3 iPhone 17, so 63 phones in all. Orders of 30 or more devices need about five working days to prepare, so book large events early.

03 Do the rental phones come with mobile data?

Yes. Every phone has its own 5G SIM with 200Gb of data per calendar month included, far more than an event uses, so the phones work anywhere in Singapore without venue WiFi.

04 Do you rent Android phones?

Yes, one model: the Samsung A33 with a 6.4-inch screen, 11 units. Choose it when the app you are demonstrating or testing runs on Android.

05 Can you install our app and lock the phones to it?

Yes. We install your app or files at $10 per app per phone, capped at $50 per phone, and on request we lock each phone to that app or website so guests cannot open anything else.

06 Can you deliver phones on the same day?

Yes, when stock allows, but same-day delivery always carries a rush fee, and so do next-day orders confirmed after 4pm. We deliver between 9am and 9pm, and someone from your team must be there to sign for the phones.

07 Do you rent phones to individuals, for a concert or a holiday?

No. We rent to companies, agencies and event teams in Singapore, including overseas companies running an event here. We do not rent phones to individuals for personal use.
