TouristPads company facts

TouristPads is a Singapore business that rents iPads, iPhones, one Android phone model, kiosk stands and 5G WiFi routers to companies and event organisers for short-term use. It is a sole proprietorship (UEN 53214099X) based in Hougang, Singapore, and has operated since 2012.

Despite the name, TouristPads does not rent to tourists or individual visitors. Every customer is a business: companies, agencies and event teams running exhibitions, conferences, roadshows, registrations and surveys. Overseas companies holding events in Singapore are welcome.

Pricing Every order is priced on the online quote form. There is no flat daily rate: the price per day falls the longer the rental runs. Minimum order $180 before delivery. No deposit.
Delivery Every rental is delivered to and collected from the venue or office by TouristPads, 9am to 9pm, for a two-way fee of about $70.80. Self-collection is not offered for new rentals. Same-day delivery carries a rush fee.
Payment PayNow (no fee), credit card through Stripe (3.5% processing fee), or an invoice paid before the rental starts.

For: event organisers, exhibitors, agencies and corporate teams that need several connected devices for registration, surveys, lead capture, product demos or digital signage in Singapore.

Not for: tourists, travellers or anyone renting a single device for personal use; events outside Singapore.
